By placing an order through our online store or via email you are accepting the terms and conditions stated below. Stated Turn around time is considered the time it take to produce and ship your items. Delivery time can vary depending on the carrier chosen for delivery.
Shipping
We do our best to ship order in a timely and professional manner.
- Turnaround time is the time it take for Cushionkings.com to produce and ship your order.
- Cushionkings.com Reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for order delivery.
- Expedited shipping is possible but you must contact via email to make arrangements.
- Carriers Calculate shipping cost based on dimensional weight the bigger the product is the more it will cost to ship.
- If an order is returned to Cushionkings.com by carrier stating not deliverable you will be charged for re-shipping items No Refund will be granted.
- Additional charges will apply for rerouting any package.
- Cushionkings.com Reserves the right to choose which packaging to use for all orders.
Please do not order expecting order by specific time trame issues can occur in production or delayed delivery by carrier which Cushionkings.com is not held responsible.
Damaged Packging must be reported withing 5 days of delivery. Do Not open packages as you will be required to provide photos for claim with shipping carrier. We will replace any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Shipping cost will be included in your quote either as individual price line or added to full cushion price.
Cancelation and Order Charges
After Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing has received your order an email will be sent to you. Please punctually check the accuracy of all the information and report any corrections within 24 hours. Make sure changes are confirmed by Cushionkings.com via email.
Orders are promptly scheduled for production hours after payment. Any cancellation or changes to an order which has already begun "Production" is subject to a 50% restocking fee by Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing which will be deducted from your deposit or payment. "Production" is defined as the cutting of the fabrics or foam for cushions.
The cancellation or refusal of any order which has already been shipped from the factory is not possible as all Cushionkigns.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing are custom Order items.
Do the nature our this business cushions are custom made for you upon your options selected. There are Absolutely No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds permitted.
We do not sell stock cushions of a shelf they are custom made just for you.
Internet Accuracy Disclaimer/ Right of Refusal
Although our website is constantly monitored to ensure complete accuracy, we are not responsible for any discrepancy pertaining to the errant use of images, descriptions, dimensions or prices.
We reserve the right to contact any consumer in an effort to adjust prices and/or refuse the sale of merchandise to anyone for whatever cause we deem appropriate.
Residential Warranty
Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing offers a (2) year Limited warranty on the quality of the craftsmanship and construction of the cushion, as well as any fading or discoloration of the fabric, which has been properly maintained as listed in the care and maintenance instructions at Sunbrella.com.
Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing at company discretion will decide if cushions fall under warranty, if the claim falls under warranty we will decide to repair or replace your cushions if determined defective as listed above within a two-year period from the date of purchase.
C.O.M. fabrics are not covered under this warranty. It is customers responsibility to ship products in for proceeding of warranty issues.
Any defective merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days. Photos will be required and we will gladly replace any defective item no refunds.
Legal Law Tags must not be removed from your cushions to proceed with a warranty claim since this is the only way to determine if cushions where originally made by Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing. The Removal of Legal Law Tags will result in the voiding of warranty.
Fabric Warranty
If warranty claim falls under fabric defect Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing will proceed by sending in defected fabric to Sunbrella it falls under their discretion if the fabric was defective or not. If claim goes in favor of you our valued customer sunbrella will then replace just the fabric to remake cushion covers. Cushionkings.com will take care of the fabrication of new covers and ship them to you.
Law Tags
Under Penalty of law the tag can only be removed by final consumer. This tag will indicate what fill components where used in the fabricatio of the cushions. Must not be removed for any warranty claims.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is required in full at the time of your purchase, it is your responsibility as the customer to make sure we have the correct information to proceed with your order. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns once the order had gone into factory production.
If there are any issues with your order you will be fully refunded
Privacy Policy
Cushionkings.com/JB Cushion Manufacturing does not store your debit/credit card information once your payment is processed we dispose of your card information to avoid any information theft. If we were to require any extra charges we will contact you to make such payment we will not take charges without your authorization.
The only information we keep is customers name, email, phone and shipping address. For purposes of communication and order production.
We do not sell any personal information to a third party.
