Yes. Every cushion is made to your exact measurements width, depth, and thickness. There are no standard sizes we're limited to. If your frame is an unusual shape or size, just contact us and we'll work through it with you.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order as few as one cushion. Whether you need a single replacement or a full set for a large patio, we handle orders of all sizes.

Can I order replacement cushions for my existing furniture brand?

What fabrics do you use?

We use Sunbrella fabric exclusively for our outdoor cushions. Sunbrella is the industry standard for outdoor performance due to it's fade-resistant, mildew-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. We carry hundreds of colors and patterns.

Can I get a fabric sample before ordering?

What foam options are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer two foam fill options: high-density foam for firm, supportive seating, and Dry Fast foam for climates with heavy rain or humidity. Dry Fast foam drains water quickly and dries much faster than standard foam, making it ideal for uncovered outdoor areas.

Are your cushions suitable for use in the rain?

Sunbrella fabric is water-resistant and dries quickly, but it is not fully waterproof. For cushions that will be left out in the rain regularly, we recommend Sunbrella fabric and Dry Fast foam fill since both are engineered specifically for wet conditions.

How long does it take to make my cushions?

Accepted Answer

Most custom cushion orders are produced and shipped within 4-5 weeks. Lead times can vary during peak season. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's achievable. Delays are to be expected due to supplier shortages.

Where are your cushions made?

All of our cushions are handcrafted in the USA. We take pride in domestic manufacturing and back every cushion with a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.

Do you ship across the USA?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Shipping costs and transit times vary by location and order size. Contact us for a shipping estimate on large orders.

What is your warranty?

CushionKings offers a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship covering defects in stitching, seams, zippers, and construction. Sunbrella fabric also carries its own 5-year limited warranty against fading and deterioration under normal outdoor use.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Because every cushion is made to order to your custom specifications, we do not accept returns on completed orders. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun. Please review our Return Policy page for full details.

What if my cushions arrive damaged or incorrect?

If your cushions arrive damaged in transit or do not match your order specifications, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

What finishing options are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer a range of finishing options including tie strings (to secure cushions to your frame), welt cord (a decorative piping around the edges), box edge, bullnose or knife edge/single seam construction, with zipper closures.

Can you make cushions with a hinge cutout for chaise lounges?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Chaise lounge cushions often require a hinge cutout so the backrest can recline. Just note the hinge location and dimensions when you request a quote. Due to shipping charges hinged items are quoted individually and can be added to our store so you can add item to your order.
